Leaders in Disguise
In Shakespeare’s play’s Henry V and Richard III we arrest how men of Shakespeare’s time utilise the same centenarian tacky pickup lines that are still used today. In both plays’ both acknowledgments Henry and Richard have scenes of “wooing” Katherine and skirt Anne. Both use tactics of talking sweet wrangling of a gentleman and also assert their power in their own very manipulative ways to the audience. In these cardinal wooing scenes we can see the social and political roles of Henry, Richard, Catherine, and peeress Anne, showingthe dominance of men during that period of time.

According to Machiavelli the band is impressed by appearances and results and boilers suit the mob doesn’t care how those results are achieved so eagle-eyed as they are achieved.



As we can see by these two characters both are using masks to achieve the results that the “mob” wants. This is a political strategy that is still being used today much like how Bill Clinton appeared in perform the day after he admitted cheating on his married woman to the country. Shakespeare shows that this simple image appearing to the mob does sway passel minds and every mask he sets up a character to use has a definite strategic goal and consumption to which it achieves.
