One of the most disreputable laws that we know of, would have to be the one-fourth Amendment of the Bill of Rights. The Fourth Amendment to the United States fundamental law was choose in 1791 with the purpose of ensuring that a blather of privacy would frame each and every American citizen.  The briny way that this is effectuate is by protecting citizens from unreasonable searches and seizures.  This allows us to be defend in the privacy of our papers, our houses, our effects, and our persons. Th e Fourth Amendment provides a restraint on searches and seizures by agents of the government.
